Here at South East Coaches we have recently introduced, a personalised door to door pick up, and drop off service for your children. Whether they attend the same school or different schools, our shared school bus will allow your children to get to school safely and on time. With accredited buses and drivers, our drivers are vastly experienced and qualified to work with children and specialise in providing excellent service.

Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions of the service, are: Transport by South East Coaches will be arranged for the whole academic year and must be paid in full prior to each term. Service is subject to availability. Transport services can be discontinued only at the end of the term with two weeks prior notice and must be provided in writing. The transport fee is to be paid in advance. If the fee is not paid 2 weeks before the first working day of the term South East Coaches reserves the right to deny service. The transport fee covers pick-up and drop-off service only. It is the responsibility of the parent(s) to ensure that their child / children is/are at the pick-up point at the designated time. Buses will not leave from collection points ahead of schedule. However, due to traffic pressures, buses will not be able to wait at pick-up points after the scheduled time. Due to traffic delays buses may arrive at pick-up and drop-off points behind schedule. Children of KG / FS will not be left at the drop off point unless the designated adult is present to collect them. Written request, signed by the parent/guardian, for reasons of safety and security, is required if a drop-off other than usual is requested. In case of change of residence, provision of transport service will be subject to the availability of seats on established routes. Fees as applicable to the new pick up area as per the fee structure will apply. For safety reasons, eating and drinking (Water is the only exception) is not permitted on the bus, unless medically necessary (Parents/Guardians must provide a written explanation, along with any specific instructions in the event of an incident. This must be provided prior to the commencement of the service). Good conduct is required at all times. Misbehavior will not be tolerated and may result in the service being withdrawn without refund. (refer to Code of conduct) Except when embarking or disembarking seat belts are to be worn at all times. During a journey all passengers must accept the authority of the bus driver, without question, who may ask a passenger to obey a simple instruction or desist from certain actions. Failure to meet the conditions outlined in 10,11 and 12 above will result in disciplinary action. Such action may include the temporary removal from use of the bus service. In the case of very serious offences South East Coaches reserves the right to permanently exclude a pupil from the bus service without refund. South East Coaches reserves the right to decline provision of service. This agreement is made between all transport users, their Parents or Guardians and South East Coaches in order to ensure we provide safe and comfortable journeys for all passengers. Code of Conduct Children are to conduct themselves on the bus in such a way that will not distract the driver. (Distracting the driver puts everyone on the bus at risk.) Children are not to touch the emergency equipment on the bus (emergency doors, windows, roof hatches, body fluid/first aid kits, etc.) except as directed by the driver or during an actual emergency. The bus windows should not be opened without permission from the driver. Children are to keep all body parts inside the bus. (Hands, arms, head, hair, etc.). Children are to keep their hands and feet to themselves. (No fighting; horseplay). Children are not to throw objects of any kind either inside the bus, out of the bus, or around the bus. Children should help keep the bus clean, sanitary, and orderly. They must not damage or abuse bus seats or equipment. Children are not to use abusive language or profanity, obscene or rude gestures, or spit while on the bus. Children may NOT bring large musical instruments, any animals, balloons, glass containers or objects, or large school projects onto the bus. Do you agree to the terms and conditions?
